Your role
As our Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of building YieldComputer’s sales engine across Europe. You will:
- Build, manage, and grow a high-quality sales pipeline
- Turn leads into long-term, trusted customer partnerships
- Expand relationships with existing customers and increase account value
- Represent YieldComputer at industry events and trade shows
- Play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy as one of our first senior sales hires
Must-Have Skills
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in:
- 10+ years in the commercial agricultural sector with a sales network in The Netherlands and Southern Europe
- 5+ years of software sales experience with measurable success
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish proficiency highly preferred)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in agri-tech, horticulture, or sustainability-focused solutions
- Familiarity with soft fruit growing or crop management systems
- An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with autonomy, growth, and building new processes
